SPL LEVEL PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS : Our Heavy Duty Digital Levels are available in Six Sizes: 96" , 120" , 144" , 180" , 216" , and 240" Long. Our Aluminum Digital Levels are Heavy-Duty; the wall thickness is 1/8" thick, twice that of any other level. Our Levels weigh about 2 lbs per lineal foot. They are Dual Purpose; our Levels are equipped with a Digital Module installed and a combo set of plumb/level bubble vials recessed into the 4" Frame. Each Model has (2) Hand-Grips installed for easy lifting & heavy-duty shock-absorbing end caps. And The SlabDoctor is Powder Coated for easy clean-up.  PLEASE NOTE:  Please call for a free quote on shipping charges.  All Orders are FOB Petersburg, Michigan.  We ship by UPS Ground & UPS Freight and depending on the length of the level, minimum charges may apply.

PATENTED "EXTENSION ASSEMBLY "
The Extension Assembly Feature allows for  individual sections of any size to be connected, thereby extending the length of the Level.  A solid aluminum Adaptor is machined to such a tolorenace that when inserted into the hollow end of another section, there is no wobble, drooping or movement of any kind.  Then it is welded to the Frame of the Level.  Next,  (2) 240 psi latches lock the two sections together, tight.  You can Order Levels with this Feature installed at the Factory; use each Level independently or connect them in 3-4 seconds, no tools required. 

PATENTED 4-WAY DIRECTIONAL ADAPTOR
The Patented SlabDoctors' 4-Way Adaptor allows the user   to  extend the Level in 4 Directions: East, West, North & South.  A conventional level cannot do this.  If you need to check a concrete slab for humps, dips, slope, grade or elevation, you may require your Level to do this in more directions than just one.  This Adaptor will allow the user to extend his Level around a corner, down the hall, or into another room.   The Adaptor is equipped with a Latch Assembly on each end; therefore when connected to a Level, it can be locked into place and will not move.

  

DIGITAL MODULE SPECIFICATIONS : High Accuracy of 0.05 Degrees at 0° and 90° and 0.2 degrees all other angles; Switchable Display between degrees (°) or slope (%); Buzzer Feature allows for audible beep sound at 0° and 90° and the Hold Function freezes the reading on the LCD; Measurement Range 0° ~ +/- 90° x 4 (360°); Has Automatic 3 minute off feature and long life battery; Power Supply 2 x CR2032 3Volts batteries (Supplied); High Resolution of 0.05° (1/1000mm) and offer 3 Mode selection: 0.05°, 0.1° & 0.5°; Operating Temperature 0° ~ 40° C; Outer casing is made with strong ABS polymer material making the Module impact resistant.

WARRANTY INFORMATION: The Digi-Pas Model DWL 180S Digital Module is warrantied for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. The SlabDoctor Levels are warrantied for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase. The SlabDoctor does NOT warranty any Products damaged by neglect, abuse or poor maintenance. Furthermore, you do not need to to ship our Levels back to the Factory for repair. All Parts are replaceable in the field; no special tools required. The Digital Module is an electronic device and must be stored in a dry area.

ACCESSORIES & REPLACEMENT PARTS: We offer a complete range of accessories & replacement parts for The SlabDoctor.  Every Part of The SlabDoctor is replaceable in the field; therefore it is not necessary to return your level to the Factory for repair.  If you break a part, call your Authorized Dealer and you can order it and have it shipped to your address.  Cases, Storage Carriers and Replacement Parts are available including the Digital Module, the glass bubble vials, latch assembly, hand-grips, end-caps, magnetic tape, etc.
